Zarzaur & Schwartz offers multiple ways to make a payment. Our goal is to provide convenience, accessibility, and an optimal consumer experience. Payments on your account can be made online, by phone, or by mail. Consumers wishing to discuss payment options or explore possible settlement arrangements are welcome to contact our firm directly by calling (800) 401-6789 between the hours of Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Central

Pay Online

The preferred method of payment for many consumers is through our online payment portal. Pay on your time, at your convenience, any time of day or night. We understand that the debt collection process can be stressful; navigating your account or making a payment shouldn’t be an added difficulty. Our website is mobile-friendly and secure.

Pay by Phone

If you would like to speak with a representative or make a payment by phone, please call our office at (800) 401-6789 during our business hours of Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Central. Our staff can assist with making a payment, determining a payment plan or whether you may be eligible for a settlement arrangement, providing account information, and answering questions about your account. 

Pay by Mail

Consumers may mail payment by check or money order. For your protection, please do not mail cash. Please be sure your Zarzaur & Schwartz account identification number is included with the payment. Mail your secure envelope to our Birmingham office located at:

Please note that payment by mail may take several business days to receive and process. Call our team at (800) 401-6789 with any questions. We encourage you to utilize our online payment portal to check your payment history and account balance to confirm when your payment has been applied to your account. Consumers will also receive a payment confirmation letter.
