Paige F. Draper currently serves as the firm’s Vice President of Compliance. Zarzaur & Schwartz, P.C. is a multi-state law firm based in Birmingham, Alabama and specializes in retail and commercial collection services for original and debt-buyer clients.

In 1998, Paige earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Administration from the University of West Florida, where she grew up in Pensacola, Florida. She earned the degree of Juris Doctor in 2001 from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

In addition to Creditor’s Rights representation, Paige’s varied legal career of over 20 years includes representation of debtors in bankruptcy, worker’s compensation defense, mass tort litigation, civil litigation, and claims administration.

Paige is licensed to practice law in the states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee, as well as the federal courts in Alabama and Mississippi. She is also a member of the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA), Receivables Management Association International (RMAI), the American Bar Association, as well as state and local bar associations.
