Naomi C. Ivker, Vice President for Litigation has been practicing collection law with Zarzaur and Schwartz for the past 21 years. Ms. Ivker is a member of the National Creditors Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Louisiana State Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar, Tennessee Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Birmingham Bar Association.  

She serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Collection Attorneys Association of Alabama. She is a frequent lecturer on collection issues for National Business Institute and other groups. 

Ms. Ivker earned her B.A. degree from The Colorado College and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
