David Hearne started work at Zarzaur and Schwartz as a law clerk before passing the Mississippi Bar in 2020. He now works as the team lead for the attorneys at Z&S where he primarily focuses on Mississippi cases. David graduated from Wittenberg University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 2010 and the University of Akron School of Law in 2013. When he isn’t working on cases, David plays rugby with the Birmingham Vulcans 15s and 7s, occasionally practices the guitar, and helps to raise his daughter Alena with his beautiful wife Audrey.
