David A. “Chip” Schwarz is a native of Cincinnati and one o f the founding members of Zarzaur & Schwartz, P.C. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, class of 1977.  He served on the boards of the Southern Region of the Commercial Law League of America, and the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council (ADAC). He is an active committee member of the Alabama Lawyer Assistance Program and a board member of the Alabama Lawyer assistance Foundation
