Cassie Whitley currently serves as the firms Vice President of Operations. Zarzaur & Schwartz, P.C. is a multi-state law firm based in Birmingham, Alabama and specializes in retail and commercial collection services for original and debt-buyer clients. Cassie transitioned into Operations role after managing the firm’s Client Services Department for 5 years.

Cassie obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. She later attended Birmingham School of Law in Birmingham, AL where she obtained her J.D. Degree. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the National Creditors Bar Association.
